Rafa Sacaan

I'm Rafa Sacaan, an engineer born and based in Santiago, Chile. I work at the intersection of consulting and advanced analytics, helping organizations make better decisions through data and the digital products built on it.

What interests me most right now is building AI agents that do real work — not demos — and working out how they can sit alongside us, enhancing what makes us uniquely human rather than flattening it. My practice spans software architecture, multi-agent systems, model evaluation, and the craft of writing about it all.

Building something starts with understanding a problem. I like to shape the solution slowly and carefully, thinking about how the processes around it could be redesigned.
